Dear Klezmatics Fans,
We hope you’re managing to cope with what this world has been throwing our way and are able to contribute to the well-being of your family and friends - to enjoy, be active and productive in this summer-like-no-other.
Despite these most difficult of days, the band is brimming with ideas and dreams. Last week's online collaboration between The Klezmatics and the Dance Theatre of Harlem (which you can still watch) is proof that we will not allow the seeming barrage of challenges to put a muzzle on our art. In this spirit, we invite you to join us in our endeavor to continue to create and explore via a brand new KLEZMATICS FAN CLUB via the Patreon online platform!
Your very first thank you, whether you join or not, is this brand new video above (made from our individual homes during this lockdown) that had a sneak preview on last Wednesday’s show. Eyns, eyns, eyns, eyns (One, one, one, one) is released today on our fledgling YouTube channel. It's a belated Passover gift from the band, and we hope you’ll be singing it at next year’s seder! We’d like you to have it before we tell the public at large. If you do join we will also send you I Want to Ride, a live track from our very first Guthrie show that has never been heard by anyone except the band!
